The trainer uses hybrid engine and can dynamically display different engine operating conditions, is applicable to vocational and technical schools and training institutions automobile car engine construction and maintenance training practice teaching, It can meet electronically controlled gasoline engine structure, working principle, the fault set and diagnostic teaching needs.

Structure and composition:

Hybrid engine assembly, engine control units, combination meter , batteries, power switch, fuel tank, seat diagnostics , fuel gauge, vacuum gauge, and troubleshoot system failure settings , removable bench, high-precision computer inkjet color schematics panel , supporting the use of manual and experiment guide books.

Features:

1. Engine works properly and smoothly, it will show real reaction of gasoline engine structures and work processes;

2. The fuel pressure gauge in installed on the panel to show the fuel pressure;

3. Digital meters show the changes of the sensor voltage;

4. Bench is installed with a vacuum gauge shows the intake vacuum pressure;

5. The LED light will display the injector pulse and the throttle opening change value clearly;

6. The teachers and students can dynamically observe the working structure of the hybrid system components, such as: generators, motors, gearbox and drive shaft , while the hybrid battery pack is installed .

7. The trainer uses high-precision computer laser spray panel, painted with schematics, two different types of power sources, it can clearly show the gasoline engine and the working process of the three-phase AC motor and a variety of works.

8. High-precision inkjet bench panel with complete electrical control system schematics and detection terminals, the sensors, actuators, and other signal parameters such as voltage, resistance, frequency, etc. can be detected by using instrument.

9. The trainer is equipped with diagnosis, it can be connected to dedicated or universal auto decoders, engine electronic control system for reading fault codes, clear fault codes, reading data stream and other engine self-diagnosis function.

10. The trainer has fault setting function, it has manually fault setting switch. 

11. The students can use special instruments to check out the fault location and contents after set the fault through fault diagnosis troubleshooting exercises;
