The trainer uses electronically controlled diesel engine. It can truly show the diesel engine structure and the working process. It can be applied to the automotive engine construction and maintenance training in vocational and technical schools and automotive training institutions practice teaching
Structure and composition
Include: Electronically controlled diesel engine assembly, engine control unit, combination of the instruments, battery, the power switch, fuel tank, throttle device, diagnostic seat, fuel pressure gauge, vacuum pressure gauge, fault set and troubleshooting system, removable stand.
Features
1. The engine is working properly and smoothly. It can truly show the structure and the working process of the electronically controlled diesel engine.
2. The pressure gauge installed on the laboratory bench panel shows the fuel gauge
3. The digital meter shows the voltage change of each sensor.
4. The vacuum pressure gauge installed on the laboratory bench panel shows the intake vacuum pressure
5. The injector pulse and a throttle opening degree of change value are displayed clearly by the LED lamps.
6. Laboratory bench panel is inkjet complete electronic control system schematics and detection terminal. Various sensors, actuators, and other signal parameters, voltage, resistance, frequency, etc. can be detected by instruments
7. Diagnostic block installed on the bench can be connected to a dedicated or universal auto decoder. And engine self-diagnostic functions like reading fault codes from the engine electronic control system, clearing fault code and reading data stream.
8. Fault setting function: Multifunction switch, optional intelligent integration system or intelligent fault set appraisal system.(equipped with a communication interface and network interface )
9. After setting the fault, the trainees can use the dedicated instrumentation to check out the location and content of the set point of failure through the fault troubleshooting exercises.
10. Optional functions:
This optional feature is the use of PLC or microcontroller program control to build a network system. All the student terminals has a same control circuit diagram and same detection point to the experimental station control panel. When the teacher set a fault, all the students can detect the same fault.
