Product description

The trainer uses diesel or gasoline engine and related spare parts. The disassembly station contains the base, flip frame, speed reducer, and pick oil basin. The engine can achieve a 360 degree turn in the disassembly process and stay stable at any angel, which makes the disassembly work very easy. A large oil basin can make the tool, spare parts and oil do not leak to the ground. The control bench contains the electronic control system, cooling system, intake and exhaust systems and so on. It can be used to test the completely assembled engine and it also is equipped with the line detection terminal and the diagnosis block to control the circuit. It can fully meet the requirements of the engine disintegration, refitted, commissioning, operation and inspection of the whole process. It is suitable for vocational and technical institutions in teaching the automotive engine construction and maintenance.

Structure and composition

Diesel or gasoline engine assembly, ECU electronic control unit, meter，failure settings and fault exclusion system, oil pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, fuel tank, battery, diagnostic seat, cooling system, speed reducer, flip frame, signal detection zone corresponding to the engine computer pin, removable bench, high-precision inkjet color schematic panel, manual and experiment guidance.
