1. Including teaching board, electric vehicle motor, control panel with motor circuit schematic, the console is set with a control button to control the electric vehicle motor.

2. Electric vehicle test system adopts eddy current brake as a loader.

3. Using the torque speed sensor to test the motor torque.

4. Using electrical transmitter for motor parameters test, to accomplish voltage measurement, current measurement, power factor measurement, power measurement, efficiency measurement and frequency measurement and so on.

5. Using digital temperature sensor for temperature measurement.

6. According to user requirements to design motor test software and output the motor test report. The whole system is a comprehensive motor test board.

7.The system can perform DC motor test, general three-phase motor test, motor starter motor detection, motor wiper motor detection, motor deceleration detection, electric bicycle motor parameter testing.

8. The system can perform loading test, efficiency test, temperature rise test, locked-rotor test.
